&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WASHINGTON &lt;/strong&gt;- Dr. John Grossomanides, supreme  president of the  American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association  (AHEPA), a leading  membership-based association for the nation's three  million American  citizens of Greek heritage and Philhellenes, presented  a $7,500 donation  toward Apostoli Mission, a food bank charity under  the direction of the  Church of Greece on April 6, 2012, the  delegation's last day in Athens.   The $7,500 donation to the mission  will provide 400 food kits to  families in need.       <title>Greek Americans Bring Foreign, Domestic Issues to Legislators' Attention</title>

More than 70 congressional offices from the Senate   and House sides were visited by AHEPA family members who represented 18   states.
