Supreme President Jimmy Kokotas and AHEPA Family national officers attended events held during the Annual Archon Weekend in New York City, including the Athenagoras Human Rights Award Dinner, Oct. 8. The gala honored His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, with the Athenagoras Human Rights Award.

Daughters of Penelope Grand President Georgette Boulegeris, Chairman of the Board Nicholas A. Karacostas, PSP; Supreme Lodge officers, several Past Supreme Presidents, and Executive Director Basil Mossaidis attended the dinner.

Also, Archon Michael Psaros (at left), who is an Ahepan, received the Nicholas J. Bouras Award for Extraordinary Archon Stewardship, Oct. 7.

In 1996, the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle presented the Order of AHEPA with its Athenagoras Human Rights Award.
