On the eve of the official New York State Proclamation for Greek Independence Day, Supreme President Jimmy Kokotas and AHEPA Chairman of the Board, PSP Nick Karacostas met with members of the New York state delegation. His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros and members of the Archdiocese met and discussed events on celebration of the upcoming parade and events. 

New York will host the largest Greek American Parade in the United States on April 30th. The parade will take place on fifth avenue in New York City.
