On Saturday, November 4th, the brothers of Worthington Chapter 30 in Baltimore, MD celebrated their centennial anniversary at the Martin’s Valley Mansion in Cockeysville, Maryland.

Over two hundred people attended the event, including Supreme Vice President Chris Kaitson, Supreme Counselor Themis Frangos, Supreme Governor Georgio Comninos, and Past Supreme President George Horiates. Proceeds from the event benefited the AHEPA Service Dogs for Warriors program, and the evening’s program featured a guest speaker, Corporal Pete Sullivan (USA Ret.) and his service dog Sal. Cpl. Sullivan was initiated into the Worthington Chapter by District 3 Governor Ari Bouloubassis later on that evening!

The brothers of Chapter 30 also presented Brother George Karatzia, representing the AHEPA Service Dogs for Warriors program, with a donation of $20,000! The generosity of our Baltimore brothers didn’t stop there. The chapter sold raffle tickets and during the event awarded a grand prize of $25,000 to a lucky member, who generously donated his prize back to the Worthington Chapter.

Last, but certainly not least, AHEPA Brother Congressman John Sarbanes (D-MD) stopped by the event to say a quick hello! Congratulations to all of the brothers of Worthington Chapter 30 on a successful event and 100 years of service!
