I’m pleased to announce that this year’s AHEPA National fall tournament will take place in Orlando Florida at the fabulous Reunion Resort on October 5-9. The Reunion Resort has amazing amenities for us to enjoy including great golf. We will be playing the Watson and the Palmer courses. We have secured a block of 3 bedroom suites for everyone. These suites each have their own separate bedrooms and bathrooms. You will share a common living room, dining room and kitchen. Some of the suites have one room with 2 beds in it. If you are ok with sharing one room…you will be able to get a 4th person in your suite which will lower your cost. The other two will still have private rooms in the suite.
First round of golf is a practice round on Thursday October 6. Tee time is 1:00pm. Tournament begins Friday October 7, Saturday October 8 and will concluded on Sunday October 9.
Tee times for all three tournament rounds are 8:30am. As always we will flight everyone by handicap and you will compete against golfers of similar ability.
Winners of each flight will receive airfare and admin fee to play in the next National tournament. (up to $500). We will pay up to 5 flights. Packages plus admin fee will include lodging, golf, gift, dinner and poker night and a luncheon and awards reception at the conclusion of Sunday’s round.
Here is what we need everyone to do. Please call the resort or book your reservation online. 833-258-0472. This will need to be done by September 4.
You will be charged for one full room night when you reserve ($390.44). Everyone needs to make a reservation. You will only pay the resort for lodging.
You must let Me (Chris) or Sandy know who you will be staying with. The hotel will not be booking and placing people together in the suites. Sandy and I will be providing them with a room list which will be pairing people up in rooms.
If you do not have a roommate and do not want to pay the single room rate….we will find people for you to stay with. Group rates are still available for those that want to come a day earlier or stay a day later. We will also need your current handicap/index.

You will need to pay for golf separately. That payment will go directly to AHEPA Golf is $135 per round. You must play at least 3 rounds to participate. There is also a $145 admin fee to pay for dinner, poker night, gift and awards luncheon.
If you are playing 4 rounds you will need to pay AHEPA $685. If you are playing 3 rounds you will pay $550. You will need to call AHEPA (202-232-6300) to pay your admin fee via credit card or send a check to:
