AHEPA Supreme President E. Chris Kaitson, accompanied by Supreme Vice President Dr. Zenon Christodoulou and Canadian President Anastasios Moussas, concluded a series of high-level visitations to Brussels, Belgium, and London, England, as part of the Order’s ongoing European tour and outreach to District 28.

Throughout the visit, the Supreme President was joined by District 28 District Governor Ioannis Amoutzas, Past District Governors Dimosthenis Mammonas and George Kritikos, Brussels Chapter President Nikos Korogiannakis, Chapter Vice President Makis Tikfesis, and brothers of the local chapters.

The Brussels portion of the visit commenced with a meeting with His Eminence Metropolitan Athenagoras of Brussels, where AHEPA leadership expressed interest in and support for the challenges facing the Church in the region. The delegation then engaged in multiple meetings with European Union institutions, including the European Commission and the European Parliament.

Supreme President Kaitson met with Greek European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism Apostolos Tzitzikostas, Greek Member of the European Parliament and former Minister of Energy Ioannis Maniatis, Cypriot MEP Kostas Kadis, and former Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament, former Minister of Defense, and current MEP Evangelos Meimarakis. The delegation also attended a presentation at the Greek Embassy in Brussels focused on the preservation of the Greek language, underscoring AHEPA’s enduring commitment to Hellenic heritage and education.

In addition to official meetings, the Supreme Lodge actively engaged with the brothers of the Brussels AHEPA Chapter during a chapter initiation ceremony and dinner held in honor of the Supreme President’s visit and the induction of new members. These gatherings provided valuable opportunities for dialogue, fellowship, and the exchange of ideas and experiences, further strengthening AHEPA’s presence and momentum within District 28.

The delegation then traveled to London for the final visitation of the European tour. Upon arrival, Supreme President Kaitson held meetings with local chapter and district leadership, receiving updates on membership growth and district initiatives. He later delivered remarks at a farewell gala dinner attended by more than 100 members of the AHEPA family, where he reflected on the importance of unity, engagement, and continued growth. The Supreme President encouraged each member to recruit a new brother to help expand AHEPA’s mission and programs, thanking the district and chapter officers whose diligent efforts ensured the success of the visit.

The Brussels and London visitations concluded a broader European tour that included stops in Constantinople, Nicaea, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Brussels, and London. Supreme President Kaitson expressed his appreciation to all brothers who hosted and supported the delegation and looked ahead to future gatherings, including the upcoming AHEPA Congressional Banquet scheduled for May 13, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
