Supreme Vice President Chris Kaitson was joined by Supreme Treasurer Themistocles Frangos and Supreme Governor Marshall Monsell last weekend at the joint convention held by Delta District 16 and Rocky Mountain District 17 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They were accompanied by Sons of Pericles Supreme Secretary George Kalyvas and Supreme Governor George Antonellis as well.

Besides meetings and the election of new AHEPA Family lodges, convention host Tasso Chronis Chapter 501 of Albuquerque hosted their annual charitable golf tournament. Participants played at the Twin Warriors Golf Club at Hyatt Tamaya, a stunning championship course set among 20 ancient cultural sites. Over 150 people participated, and the team of Supreme Governor Marshall Monsell and Past Supreme Governor Tim Joannides won for highest score! Proceeds from this annual tournament have helped the Chapter to award over $173,000 in scholarships and to raise over $90,000 for charity over the years. Congratulations, brothers, on a successful event!

The weekend also featured an open house hosted by District 17 Governor James Barner to welcome all delegates on Thursday evening, a private reception to welcome everybody on Friday, and a Banquet dinner with dancing on Saturday!
