Supreme President Savas C. Tsivicos had the opportunity to join District Governor George Kallenos and the Brothers of District 27 at their winter conference in Nicosia, Cyprus last week. During his visit, he spoke about the status of AHEPA on a global level and congratulated AHEPA Cyprus for quadrupling in size over the past four years and for making sure that AHEPA is represented geographically throughout all of Cyprus.

The Supreme President was also able to participate in the mass initiation of 26 Brothers into our Order, helping to swear them in and welcome them to the AHEPA Family. Also in attendance were Supreme Governor Kostas Varsamis and Ambassador of Greece to Cyprus, His Excellency Ioannis Papameletiou. During the conference, Tsivicos honored physician and brother Loizos G. Loizou with the AHEPA Heroes Medal for his contributions and service to AHEPA as well as his efforts in the fight against childhood cancer. Congratulations to our new Brothers!
