Supreme President Savas C. Tsivicos, accompanied by Supreme Lodge officers, is currently visiting northern Greece to attend a number of AHEPA Hellas District 25 events.

Tsivicos, along with AHEPA Canada President Emmanuel Constas, Supreme Governors Dimitris Rozanitis, Basilio Petkidis and Marshall Monsell, III, and Board of Trustees Chairman Nicholas A. Karacostas, PSP, visited Thessaloniki, Greece, for the Thessaloniki International Fair in conjunction with visitation to area chapters.

The Supreme President visited the military museum of Thessaloniki, the AHEPA Hospital in Thessaloniki, and visited with many local government and religious leaders. 

The short visit to Greece is to assess conditions after devastating fires and floods ravaged the country, killing several people. AHEPA is currently coordinating efforts with local chapters in Greece to develop a plan to provide assistance.

While abroad, Supreme President Tsivicos had the opportunity to initiate candidates into our Order. On September 10, the Supreme President was honored to conduct a mass initiation for District 25 in Panaroma, Greece during a regularly scheduled District Lodge Meeting.

Additionally, Tsivicos met with Greek Minister of Health Michalis Chrisochoidis to discuss programs and ideas that would assist the Hellenic Republic.
