Supreme President Savas Tsivicos, joined by Supreme Treasurer Demetri Kirkiles, met with members of City Beautiful Chapter 161 of Orlando, FL on his recent visit to Florida. While there, they met with E. J. Elliott, Brother AHEPAN and Chairman of GENCOR. Brother Elliott, who was the first to volunteer philanthropic assistance to AHEPA when called upon, was presented with a ceremonial crystal decanter adorned with the Ahepa 100th logo in appreciation of his gracious gifts.

Furthermore, Supreme President Tsivicos was honored as the 2024 Person of the Year by the Pan Cyprian Association of Florida and was bestowed with the Kyrenia II award for his 30 years of dedication to working towards justice for Cyprus. Additionally, The Order of AHEPA as a whole was recognized for their service.

He next traveled to St. Augustine FL, Supreme President Tsivicos visited the St. Photios National Shrine, where AHEPA proudly assisted in burning the mortgage. The continued success of the Shrine was celebrated alongside dear friend Executive Director of the shrine, Poly Hillier.

The Supreme President’s last stop was the New Smyrna Beach AHEPA Memorial with the Brothers of Speedway Chapter 410 in Daytona Beach, FL, where Brother Mike Lucacos was awarded the Ahepa Heroes Medal.
