Supreme President Chris Kaitson lead an AHEPA delegation to Douglaston, NY to participate in the annual Memorial Day Parade. This years Grand Marshall was AHEPA Ch. 455 Brother, US Air Force Lt. Colonel Thomas Danas ( Ret.).

Veterans from across the immediate New York region who served in the US Military in times of war and peace preserving and protecting America joined over 300 members of the community, including NYPD and a variety of service members, in marching in the second largest east coast Memorial Day parade.

Joining the Supreme President was Supreme Secretary Themistocles Frangos, Supreme Governor Dean Moskos, Sons of Pericles Supreme President Basilios Ronstadt, District 6 Governor Gus Constantine, Lt. Governor Kostas Prentzas, District Warden Anastasi Stampolis as well as PDG and AHEPA Veterans Committee member Mike Labatos.

Ahepa Sponsored a memorial wreath which was played at the Veterans park in Little Neck, NY. Ahepa continues to stand with our veterans and thanks them for their service to our nation.
