Supreme President George G. Horiates received two donations, totaling just under $100,000 in support of AHEPA programs, on March 19, 2021. AHEPA Housing, represented by AHEPA National Housing Corporation President Carl Hollister, PSP, presented a check for its annual contribution in support of the AHEPA Journey to Greece program.
The Journey to Greece program is administered by the AHEPA Educational Foundation and presents an invaluable opportunity for 10 to 15 students to visit Greece and earn six college credits from the Webster University, Athens Campus. This year, we are trying to secure funding for 12 students to attend this wonderful five-week program. Donations and inquiries for this program can be made by calling AHEPA Global Headquarters.

ANHC President Hollister also presented a second contribution for AHEPA Housing’s support of The Ahepan Magazine. The quarterly magazine is published electronically and in traditional print. It is mailed to all Ahepans (20,000 households) and members of U.S. Congress. The Ahepan is a wonderful communication piece, and it features the community service work of our worldwide chapters. All AHEPA programs, such as AHEPA National Housing, which provides safe, dignified affordable housing to approximately 5,000 of our nation’s low-income seniors, are highlighted in the magazine.
