Yesterday we were thoroughly impressed by those who decided to take the morning to run a 5k during our convention celebrations. People joined Dean Karnazes, World Ultra Marathoner for the AHEPA 5K FUN RUN.

They met at 8:00am Wednesday morning and went out for some exercise before the rest of the meetings and events happened throughout the rest of the day. The history of the Marathon dates back to the ancient Greeks and as modern Hellenes, we are very proud to continue this tradition.
