The City of Boston commemorated AHEPA’s centennial anniversary at City Hall, yesterday.

Supreme President Jimmy Kokotas and Board of Trustees Member Alex Geourntas, who serves as Boston’s City Clerk, accepted a proclamation celebrating AHEPA’s 100 years of service issued by Mayor Michelle Wu, and presented by James Colimon (top), who serves as the city’s Manager of International Partnerships.

The Ahepans also received a resolution presented by Boston City Council President Ed Flynn (at right).

“We sincerely thank Mayor Wu, Council President Flynn, city government officials, and especially Brother Geourntas, for recognizing AHEPA’s centennial anniversary and community service and for organizing the special presentations,” Supreme President Kokotas said.
